Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Items marked as final sale

To start a return, please contact us at support@toolsdisttrict.com. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.


Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@toolsdisttrict.com with your order details.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank
